Australian Population Association 2012 Conference:
save the date

The Australian Population Association Conference will be held 5-7 December 2012 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The conference theme is "Population change: past, present and future". The conference website will go live late in April.

Confirmed speakers include Dr Bob Birrell (Monash University), Dr Peter Burn (Australian Industry Group), Mr Patrick Corr (Australian Bureau of Statistics), Professor Natalie Jackson (University of Waikato), Professor Janet McCalman (University of Melbourne), Professor Peter McDonald (The Australian National University) and Professor Fiona McKenzie (Curtin University).

Papers and posters are welcome on:

3. Education and labour force
4. Family formation and fertility
5. Health and mortality
6. Historical demography
